Snow Policy

For the safety of our patients and employees, we will follow the local school bus decisions surrounding acclimate weather. E.g. if buses are canceled our clinic will be canceled. You will receive a phone call.

Form Turn Around Policy

As per the CPSO policy surrounding patient forms, we have 60 days to complete patient forms. We do our best to finish ahead of this timeline.

Result Review Policy

We will not routinely call you for normal results. You are always welcome to contact the office to check if you are concerned regarding a test result.
